새 정부는 ‘경제안보’와 직결되는 반도체와 인공지능(AI), 배터리 등 첨단산업을 미래전략산업으로 육성해 초격차를 확보하겠다고 제시했다. 기존 제조업은 디지털 고도화로 재성장의 길을 열어주고, 반도체·인공지능(AI)·배터리 등 국가전략산업은 안보차원에서 챙기기로 했다.

먼저 주력산업인 제조업은 디지털과 친환경 전환이라는 산업계 원천 변화에 대응해 혁신하고 일자리 창출 기반을 강화한다. 2027년까지 50개의 가상 협업공장을 만들고, 제조현장의 로봇 보급을 통해 생산 공정을 최적화 한다. 산업현장에 제조·안전 로봇 1만대 보급도 지원한다.

신성장동력 확보를 위한 서비스 경제 전환에도 속도를 내기로 했다. 서비스산업의 종합적 지원을 위한 제도적 기반 마련을 위해 ‘서비스산업발전기본법’의 제정을 추진한다.

제조업·서비스업 간 차별을 해소하고 서비스 특화제도를 도입한다. 서비스 친화적 세제·금융지원 방안을 마련하는 한편 서비스 KS 인증 활성화 등 제도를 개선할 계획이다.

글로벌 미디어 강국을 실현하기 위한 구체적인 실행 방안도 제시했다. 방통위·과기정통부·문화체육관광부 등 관계부처와 함께 미디어 전략 컨트롤 타워 역할을 하는 전담기구 설치를 추진하고 신·구 미디어가 함께 성장할 수 있는 미디어 미래전략과 법제를 마련한다.
